Pallet/Bin rack is a material handling storage utility system designed to store materials on pallets. Although there are many varieties of pallet racking, all types allow for the storage of palletized materials in horizontal rows with multiple levels. Many types of pallet storage racks are available with different designs to fulfill specific functions or create specific advantages. To create the ideal pallet racking system, several considerations should be taken into account. Forklift trucks are usually required to place the loaded pallets onto the racks for storage.

How does it work?

A RFDI tag should be fixed on the pallet and to be mapped with the application. We supposed to fix the readers and antennas at the entry, exit and inner side location (where ever necessary). Please name the location of the antennas and readers. Once the pallet is moving from one location to another location RFID tag gets captured at the antenna. Last read location of tag would be the pallet location. If the tag read at the exit point then the pallet is moved out of location.
